Milanaise cufflinks
From the 1960s: a pair of unworn gold doublé cufflinks in the shape of a naturally grown stone or crystal. Like a gold nugget. Flexible Milanese mesh, as you know it from watch straps, surrounds the cuff on the outside. From the manufactory's sample case - well-protected for decades.
